DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Please inform us by email within 24 hrs of the item being delivered and we will work quickly with you to resolve the issue,

If in the unlikely event if item arrives damaged or defective,Please inform us by email within 24 hrs of the item being delivered and we will work quickly with you to resolve the issue,

if your postage package is damage, we advice you to takes picture’s of damage, make a note to delivery guy and sign accordingly. Please inform us by email within 24 hrs with proof of damage.

PRODUCT WARRANTIES

All of our products come with a 12 months limited Manufacture warranty except Battery and power banks comes with 6 months warranty only :

Not covered by Warranty:

  1. Physical, Moisture, Spillage damage to product and will void all warranties
  2. Products not used under manufacturer specification
  3. Product used beyond the manufacturer limit or scope
  4. Modification to product
  5. Normal wear & tear of the product i.e. port, battery life charging pins etc
